Benefits Open Enrollment
for 2022

Open enrollment for 2022 benefits for all employees will be held November 9-18, 2021.
All employees will be enrolling via a self-service portal in UKG and instructions will be distributed soon to every community.
Administrators and HR in each building will be able to take part in benefit training October 25-November 5. Several sessions with a variety of times will be available to accommodate varying work schedules.
