Our Communications Standard Procedure Manual for the Avamere Family of Companies is available for reference here and on Sharepoint. It is the expectation that all employees will adhere and follow these guidelines.

The Avamere MarCom team oversees these policies, guiding, editing, and sending our internal communications while maintaining best practices.

The purpose of these procedures is to ensure uniform and accurate marketing and communications. They will also help reduce email overload and promote best practices.

The procedures included in the manual are:

  • Press & Media (a great reference when you have an interview opportunity or the need for a press release)
  • Communication Approval Guidelines (provides guidelines on who is authorized to send emails to employees, teams, or company-wide)
  • Email Guidelines & Etiquette (a great resource for email best practices, how to submit content to send internally, and more)
