Focal reviews for our staff clinicians went out this week, and we are underway for a thoughtful review of 2020 and an even more exciting discussion about goals for 2021!
This year we have removed the competencies and developmental comments sections from reviews. We hope this will help focus your time and energy toward a rich discussion of goals and overall comments for performance and development in the two sections that remain.
