Infinity Rehab is committed to creating a workplace where every employee feels valued and that they belong. We recognize that our business is strongest when different people’s perspectives, experiences, and ways of thinking are encouraged to come together to create an environment where every person feels involved, respected, valued, and connected.

We’ve written a company goal asking our directors to begin to introduce activities that promote diversity and inclusion within your team. I’m excited to share that we’re launching a set of tools to serve as support for this key performance indicator.

Interested to learn more?

  1. Watch this brief three-minute intro video to the D&I Toolkit (it’s also available below):

2. Review the items in the toolkit (available on Springboard —> HR —> Diversity & Inclusion Toolkit):

  • A list of 30 behaviors that inclusive leaders do
  • Five example team activities in the Practicing Inclusion guide
  • Presentation: Creating a Culture Where Everyone Belongs (PowerPoint from 2019 Symposium)
  • Reference article: The Six Signature Traits of an Inclusive Leader

3. Begin the work of bringing these principles and practices into your program.

Leaders are encouraged to review and incorporate these principles and activities into your program to help create space that respects the contributions of each individual while opening new lines of communication among team members for breakthrough to new levels of teamwork and collaboration.

Thank you for your work to help Infinity Rehab create a culture where everyone belongs.
