End-of-Year W-2

Did you know that your W-2 can be found on the UltiPro website along with past year W-2s? You can also set your preferences on the website to only receive the electronic version of your W-2, instead of having it mailed out.
Also, with the end of the year coming up, the Payroll Department would like to remind you to send in any address changes before the second week of December so we can ensure the delivery of your W-2 statements. Addresses can only be changed if we receive them in writing from you.
There are three ways to submit this:
1. Log onto the UltiPro website and update your address
2. Click the employee info change link at the top of the employee Springboard
3. Email the change to payroll@infinityrehab.com
