At Infinity Rehab, understanding how we work together and support one another to best serve our patients, our customers, and each other is an important factor in our continued success.

We know you expect that from us too, and you told us as much in our recent employee survey. In a sentence, you told us that continuing the status quo simply isn’t good enough. To that, the Infinity leadership team says, “challenge accepted.”

To aid in our effort, we have partnered with Polinode, a people analytics software firm, to help us better understand how work really gets done at Infinity Rehab.

By the end of the week, you will receive a short, 8-question online survey where you will be asked about the individuals with whom you work and communicate with at Infinity Rehab.

Your answers will help us map out connections and relationships across Infinity to help us better understand how we connect to get work done together so that we can identify strengths and opportunities for us to build upon. Your responses to this survey will be held in confidence and individual responses will only be accessible by the project team – a small group within Infinity Rehab’s Human Resources team and our external partners at Polinode.

You will receive an email from me, appearing as “JoLynn Munro” from surveys-service@polinode.com with a link to the survey, which will take you about 15 minutes to complete. See the attached PDF for survey instructions and FAQs.

This survey link you receive is unique to you and will be sent to your preferred email address on file in UltiPro, so please be on the lookout for it.
