HAPPY HOLIDAYS
A Message from JoLynn Munro, President

As our 22nd year as a company ends, I am reflecting on all your hard work and perseverance over the last year and our accomplishments as a company.

Our biggest announcement this year was our new mission and vision. Infinity Rehab’s new mission statement is “To set the standard in rehabilitation for successful aging by delivering the best of science with the art of caring.” The new vision statement is “To be the first choice for high-value rehabilitation in every home and community.” Be sure to watch the video featuring several Infinity leaders sharing their thoughts on this bold new outlook for our company.

In April, we launched our new therapy service line, Infinity Rehab at Home. Wherever our patients call home, we are able to come to them and provide the highest level of care possible.

This past year, our efforts accelerated even more with our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). I know our business is strongest when different perspectives, experiences, and ways of thinking are encouraged to come together to create an environment where every person feels involved, respected, valued, and connected.

While Symposium looked a little different this year in an all-virtual setting, it did give us the opportunity to make it available and accessible to more therapists than ever before. A highlight of the conference was honoring our therapists who show up everyday amidst a pandemic, wildfires, and other challenges through a video. Thank you to our clinicians and support staff for your compassion and dedication!

Our therapists continue to expand their professional development in many ways, too. This past year, we honored both Megan Zartman and Josh Moss on earning Level 3 status in the Clinical Champions program. Additionally, Greta Jerdo earned the honor of being a Geriatric Certified Specialist (GCS). Congratulations to these therapists on earning these recognitions.

The year 2021 has been both fulfilling and challenging, and I look forward to seeing all we accomplish together as we move forward into 2022.
Happy holidays to you and your families. I wish you all a happy and safe new year!
