Date: February 27, 2020

Lindsay graduated from the University of Oregon with her bachelor’s in 2004 and her master’s in 2006 in communication disorders and sciences. Go Ducks! She began working as a new graduate clinical fellow (CF) SLP for Infinity Rehab in 2006. During her time with Infinity, she received her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and VitalStim certification, later becoming the DOR at Creswell Health and Rehab. She continued to be active with the U of O, taking on one to two students every year. After moving to the Portland area with her husband in 2010, Lindsay began working at Forest Grove Care Center.

In 2011, Lindsay pioneered a new job position for the dedicated training and mentoring of all Infinity’s Oregon-based new graduate CF SLPs as they worked toward obtaining their CCCs. In the years following, Lindsay’s territory has expanded to cover SW Washington and California. Her mentorship has also been extended to all SLPs (not just the new graduates) as needed.

The program has been so successful that Infinity now has two additional regional SLP mentors and a formalized mentorship program available to all discipline new graduate hires. This mentorship program provides consistent, intensive and in-depth training to help our therapists operate at the top of their license.

Lindsay is actively involved with Infinity’s Speech Practice Council and was a member of Infinity’s Leadership Academy class of 2017. Lindsay now lives in Newberg, Oregon with her husband, 7-year-old daughter, and 6-year-old son. These days Lindsay’s hobbies include trips to the park, zoo, aquarium, and reading a good book whenever she can find the time. Lindsay never could have predicted the path her career would take when she signed on with Infinity 13+ years ago. What an amazing journey!
