Shining Stars

12.9.21
By: Infinity Rehab
Date: December 9, 2021

Our first Shining Star this issue is Zini Quiloan, OT. Zini works for Infinity Rehab at Home in Portland, Oregon.

Zini is a strong patient advocate and works so well with referral sources to ensure her patients’ needs are met. She brings forth ideas and is not afraid to ask difficult questions and make our brand better.

Zini has gone above and beyond being the only OT on the west side of Portland and ensuring all referrals are covered. She has been instrumental in the growth of Infinity Rehab at Home, demonstrating professionalism, passion, and courage with this new business line.

Zini took the leap of faith to embrace change and grow with Infinity Rehab at Home. She practices with integrity and works closely with her teammates to bring forth the best in clinical practice. Thrilled to have her on our team!

Our second Shining Star this issue is Aileen Mendoza, OT. Aileen works at Mission Healthcare in Renton, Washington.

Aileen is great at communicating patient functional deficits beyond her immediate scope. As a team member, I know I can count on her to communicate to me how our patients are progressing and what to look for when I am completing my intervention or, better yet, collaborating on functional goal-setting for patients!

Aileen goes the extra mile by reaching out to team members to get the “full picture” for her patients. Not just this, but she continues to check in with the whole care team to make sure she is always up to date on the newest progressions in our patients’ overall function so her intervention is the best it can be.

Aileen is a team player for sure. She doesn’t work in a silo that functions as a springboard for quality intervention and good patient outcomes.
