Annual Performance

Evaluations

Signature will be moving to focal performance evaluations. That means all reviews across the company will be completed in a threemonth window in April, May, and June. We will be going through the review process at the same time and will continue to complete our reviews within Ultipro.
 
 

This also means the human resources team will need to work with supervisors regarding how this affects pay increases. The human resources team will create a prorated scale to account for those reviews that run over or under a year from the last evaluation.
